How do I unsubscribe?
At the moment there is no functionality for unsubscribing through the site (we are working on this now!).
To unsubscribe manually from Paypal please follow these steps.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Update in the My pre-approved payments section.
Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
What happens when the $1 trail runs out?
Unless you unsubscribe before the expiry date your Paypal account will be charged the monthly fee. This is true for all membership levels i.e monthly or yearly.
What is your refund policy?
We value our customers so if you feel you have not received a fair deal we are happy to refund your first months subscription, up to 30 days from the time of your first payment.
What if I forget to cancel my yearly membership?
We hate to see you go! At the moment we have no way of notifying you when the yearly charge will be taken from your account as every person subscribes on a different date.
If you forget to cancel your yearly membership before the renewal date we are not obligated to refund you. Sorry!
Please make a note in your calendar to remind you of the anniversary of your subscription so that you can cancel before it rolls over.
